This psionic cloak fits Small or Medium humanoids. It produces an effect equivalent to alter self to physically change the wearer into an uninteresting form appropriate to its build. The effect is transmutation, not illusion.

The power of the cloak is triggered by a command thought, and the change covers all senses. It is not precise enough to duplicate a specific individual, but features can be chosen freely within those typical of the target population.

Sefu wears one of these, embellished with “formbinding” patches that allow the cloak to consistently project specific appearances: a gnome and a Durju female.
